+ When can I start using Fluently?

Right now! Go to http://app.fluently.so and sign up. Once you sign up, you can start using Fluently immediately.

+ How does the subscription work?

Follow these steps:

Click the green button on this webpage that says 'Get started', or go to http://app.fluently.so.

Purchase your monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription.

Finish the steps and when you're done you can start using Fluently immediately.

+ How much will it cost?

You can choose between three subscription interval options:

Pay monthly - € 12 per month (€ 12 per month)

Pay quarterly - € 27 (€ 9 per month)

Pay yearly - € 72 (€ 6 per month)

You can cancel your subscription at any moment.

+ How is my payment being processed?

You can pay with Credit Card. We do not handle your credit card information directly.

We are currently working on an implementation of PayPal. Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date when this will be possible.

+ Is there a trial version available?

We don’t have a free trial available at the moment.

You can, however, subscribe for a month for only € 12 and give Fluently a try. You can cancel your subscription at any moment.

For translations we support:

More languages will be added to this list over time, but this is the current list of languages that are supported when we will launch on March 1.

+ In which browsers and operating systems does Fluently work best?

Fluently is a web app, compatible with almost any browser — however, it works best on macOS and iOS using Chrome, Safari, and Opera. We will continue to actively add features that support all green browsers, including Edge and Firefox, and other operating systems like Ubuntu, Windows, and Android, on which Fluently may not be 100% stable.

+ How many devices does my subscription allow me to use?

Fluently is a web app, so you can use it on all your devices, as long as you have access to an internet browser and an internet connection.

+ How is this different than Google Translate?

First, Fluently is different because it has a translator built-in and a multilingual grammar and multilingual synonym library. We combine these three writing tools into one editor, which makes Fluently one-of-a-kind.

People who have tried both Google Translate and Fluently say they prefer Fluently because the translations are more accurate, and it doesn't destroy the meaning of their content.

Fluently is also different because it is so much more than just a tiny text field providing short translations. The editor is a full-width editor, which uses your entire screen. Plenty of room to write, paste, and translate your content.

When you copy content from another document or website in a new document in Fluently, all the formatting is saved. It is unique for a translation tool and will save you a ton of time.

It also comes with a dark mode version which you can enable with one click. It will make writing and reading easier for the eyes, especially for those who like to write at night.

But above all, Fluently is more than just a translator. It is a tool to write documents and share them with others. We have big plans to add more unique features, enabling multilingual writers across the globe to make themselves understood in multiple languages.

+ How is it this different than Microsoft Word or Google Docs?

Microsoft Word and Google Docs aren't meant and designed for writing in a foreign language. These tools are great for writing printable documents, offering features like an A4 print view, rulers, and advanced printing options. But they miss the right features that will enable you to write your thoughts in your mother tongue and translate them into a foreign language. Fluently's focus is entirely different, making it unique compared to these kinds of online text editors.

+ Does the subscription automatically renew?

You can unsubscribe at any time. You can stop your subscription if you don't want it to renew. You can do this in the app. Simply go to 'My account', and click the 'Manage my subscription' button. Here you can pause or cancel your subscription. Eaay as that.

If you subscribed to Fluently with a discount code, after your first year (with discount), the subscription will revert to its standard price of €72 / year.

+ What is Fluently's mission?

Our goal is to become a multilingual communication platform. A platform where everyone can write, dictate, listen, collaborate, learn, teach, share, and publish ideas in multiple languages.

To become such a platform, we have big plans for the coming months and years to continue improving the ultimate multilingual writing experience.
