Sign in problems

+ I forgot my password.

No worries! Go to our sign-up page and click the 'forgot password' link. You can reset your password.

+ My coupon code didn't work.

If your membership code didn't work, please send us an email: support@fluently.so.

+ I want to change my password.

Once logged in, you can go to 'my account' in the top right corner (click on the icon with your initials). Under 'My account,' you can update your password.

+ I want to change my email address.

Once logged in, you can go to 'my account' in the top right corner (click on the icon with your initials). Under 'My account,' you can 'update' your email address.

+ I'd like to update my payment information.

Once logged in, you can go to 'my account' in the top right corner (click on the icon with your initials). Under 'Billing,' you can update your payment information.

+ I signed up with the wrong email.

That happens to the best of us! Please send us an email with the request to change your email address. You can send an email to support@fluently.so. We will help you as soon as possible to fix this.

My Fluently subscription

+ How do I cancel my Fluently subscription?

Once logged in, you can go to 'My account' in the top right corner (click on the icon with your initials). Under 'Subscription,' you can scroll down and click the orange button called 'Cancel my subscription.'

+ How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, you first have to cancel your subscription.

After you cancel, log in to your Fluently account and go to 'My account' in the top-right corner (click on the icon with your initials).

In the tab 'Account,' scroll down to the bottom and press the 'Delete my account' link (under 'Danger Zone'), and your account delete will be deleted.

+ Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, however, you can cancel at any time. However, if you don't cancel one month before your subscription ends, you will receive a notification to inform you your subscription is about to be renewed. You can stop your subscription if you don't want it to renew automatically.

+ How is my payment being processed?

You can only subscribe with a Credit Card. Soon we will add an option to also pay with PayPal to process your payment. We do not handle your credit card information directly.

+ How many devices does my subscription allow me to use?

Since Fluently is a web application, you can use it on all your devices - as long as you have login details and access to an internet browser.

+ How many translations are included in my subscription?

With a Fluently subscription, you can create an unlimited amount of documents. Per document, translations are up to 5.000 bytes.

Fluently also has a Micro Translator feature built-in, a second smaller translator available in a split-screen mode next to your document. Within this smaller Micro Translator, there is a 500 max character amount to type in, but there are no limitations in the number of characters being translated.

We are currently working to extend the number of translations per document to 20MB per document, up to 5GB in total. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive all the updates.

Troubleshooting

+ My content disappeared.

On the rare occasion that your content disappears, please refresh your browser/web page.

Is your content still disappeared? Let us know by sending us an email: support@fluently.so

+ Everything is very big / I can't see my entire document?

If this happens, try zooming out in your browser. In macOS click 'control' + '-', in Windows click 'ctrl' + '-'. Do this once or twice until you find the perfect size.

+ The LanguageTool integration is not working.

Rarely the LanguageTool integration doesn't work. However, this lasts no more than a few minutes. Please just wait and refresh your browser.

+ How do I change the language of my grammar?

Since we integrated the LanguageTool into Fluently, you will notice a small bubble in your text field. If you click it, a popup appears, and there you will have the option to change the grammar's language for the document you are creating.

+ In which browsers and operating systems does Fluently work best?

Fluently is a web app, compatible with almost any browser. However, it works best on macOS and iOS using Chrome, Safari, and Opera. We are working actively to add other features that support all green browsers, including Edge and Firefox, and other operating systems like Ubuntu, Windows, and Android, on which Fluently may not be 100% stable right now.
